Ingredients

  • ½ cup butter softened
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • ¼ cup milk
  • ½ cup chocolate chips
  • Fresh fruits berries, bananas, mangoes
  • Whipped cream
  • Crushed cookies or graham crackers
  • Melted chocolate for drizzle
  • Mini cupcake liners or dessert cups

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Prepare mini cupcake pan with liners or use small dessert cups.
  • Mix flour, baking powder, and sugar in a bowl.
  • In another bowl, beat butter, eggs, vanilla, and milk until smooth.
  • Combine wet and dry ingredients, then fold in chocolate chips.
  • Spoon mixture into mini molds and bake for 12–15 minutes.
  • Let cool and decorate with fruits, whipped cream, or cookie crumbs.
  • Arrange on a tray and drizzle with melted chocolate before serving.
