These 2 Ingredient Donuts are soft, fluffy, and incredibly easy to make! No yeast, no long proofing time—just quick mixing and frying. Perfect for a sweet breakfast, snack, or dessert that everyone will love.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups self-rising flour
  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt

Instructions
 

  • In a bowl, combine self-rising flour and Greek yogurt until a dough forms.
  • Lightly flour a surface and knead the dough for 1-2 minutes until smooth.
  • Roll out the dough to about ½ inch thick and cut into donut shapes.
  • Heat oil in a deep pan over medium heat.
  • Fry donuts in batches for 1-2 minutes per side until golden brown.
  • Remove and drain on paper towels.
  • Optionally dust with powdered sugar or glaze before serving.

Notes

  • If you don’t have self-rising flour, mix 2 cups all-purpose flour with 3 tsp baking powder and ½ tsp salt.
  • For a healthier version, air fry at 350°F (175°C) for 6-8 minutes.
  • Use flavored yogurt for a twist in taste.
