- 1 cup plain or vanilla Greek yogurt
- 1 cup fresh berries blueberries, raspberries, or chopped strawberries
- 2 –3 tbsp honey or maple syrup
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Mix yogurt and honey/maple syrup in a bowl.
Gently fold in fresh berries.
Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto the baking sheet.
Freeze for at least 2 hours or until firm.
Serve frozen and enjoy!
