- 1 lb ground beef
- 2 cups uncooked elbow macaroni
- 1 can 10.5 oz condensed tomato soup
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Cook macaroni in salted water until al dente; drain.
Brown ground beef in a skillet, drain excess fat.
In a large bowl, combine cooked beef, macaroni, tomato soup, and 1 cup cheese.
Transfer to a greased 9x13" baking dish.
Top with remaining 1 cup cheese.
Bake uncovered for 20–25 minutes or until bubbly and golden on top.
You can add onions, garlic, or spices to the beef for more flavor.
Use any pasta shape you have on hand.
This dish freezes well—just cover tightly and freeze before baking.
