Ingredients
  

  • 4 medium apples peeled and sliced
  • 1 cup crushed graham crackers
  • ½ cup melted butter
  • 1 cup cream cheese softened
  • ½ cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup whipped topping
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Mix crushed graham crackers with melted butter and press into a baking dish.
  • Spread apple slices evenly over the crust.
  • Sprinkle with cinnamon and brown sugar.
  • In a bowl, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
  • Fold in whipped topping and spread over apples.
  • Bake for 25–30 minutes until bubbly and golden.
  • Cool slightly before serving.

Notes

  • Best served warm with a drizzle of caramel sauce.
  • Can be refrigerated and enjoyed cold as well.
