- 4 medium apples peeled and sliced
- 1 cup crushed graham crackers
- ½ cup melted butter
- 1 cup cream cheese softened
- ½ cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup whipped topping
- ½ tsp cinnamon
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Mix crushed graham crackers with melted butter and press into a baking dish.
Spread apple slices evenly over the crust.
Sprinkle with cinnamon and brown sugar.
In a bowl, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
Fold in whipped topping and spread over apples.
Bake for 25–30 minutes until bubbly and golden.
Cool slightly before serving.
- Best served warm with a drizzle of caramel sauce.
- Can be refrigerated and enjoyed cold as well.
