Ingredients
  

  • 2 ripe bananas mashed
  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 ¾ cups milk any kind
  • ¼ cup maple syrup or honey
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 egg
  • ¼ cup melted butter or coconut oil
  • ½ cup chocolate chips

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease an 8x8-inch baking dish.
  • In a large bowl, mash bananas.
  • Add oats, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon; stir to combine.
  • In another bowl, whisk together milk, maple syrup, vanilla, egg, and melted butter.
  • Pour wet ingredients into dry and stir until combined.
  • Fold in chocolate chips.
  • Pour mixture into the prepared dish and spread evenly.
  • Bake for 35 minutes or until set and golden on top.
  • Let cool slightly before slicing and serving.

Notes

  • Use dairy-free milk and chocolate chips for a vegan version.
  • Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 5 days.
  • Reheat in the microwave or enjoy cold.
