- 1 medium head cauliflower cut into florets
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp paprika
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese optional
Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a bowl, toss cauliflower with olive oil and seasonings until well coated.
Spread cauliflower in a single layer on the prepared sheet.
Bake for 25–30 minutes, turning halfway, until golden and tender.
Sprinkle with Parmesan (if using) and serve hot.
You can add a dash of lemon juice or chopped parsley for extra flavor.
For a spicier version, toss with red chili flakes before baking.
Try adding curry powder or turmeric for a fun twist.
