Ingredients
  

  • 1 medium head cauliflower cut into florets
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp paprika
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese optional

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a bowl, toss cauliflower with olive oil and seasonings until well coated.
  • Spread cauliflower in a single layer on the prepared sheet.
  • Bake for 25–30 minutes, turning halfway, until golden and tender.
  • Sprinkle with Parmesan (if using) and serve hot.

Notes

You can add a dash of lemon juice or chopped parsley for extra flavor.
For a spicier version, toss with red chili flakes before baking.
Try adding curry powder or turmeric for a fun twist.
