Ingredients
  

  • 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
  • ½ cup granulated sugar
  • ¼ cup light brown sugar
  • ½ tsp baking powder
  • ¼ tsp baking soda
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • ¼ cup milk
  • cup vegetable oil
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 large egg

Instructions
 

  • ½ cup all-purpose flour
  • ⅓ cup brown sugar
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • ¼ cup unsalted butter (cold, cubed)
  • For the Glaze (optional):
  • ½ cup powdered sugar
  • 1–2 tbsp milk or cream

Notes

  • Avoid overmixing to keep the muffins light and fluffy.
  • Chilling the streusel briefly before using gives a better crumb.
  • These muffins freeze well for up to 2 months.
  • Add a handful of chopped nuts or a cinnamon-sugar sprinkle for added crunch.
