Best Banana Bread Bites Recipe

- 1 cup mashed ripe bananas
 - 1 egg
 - ¼ cup honey or maple syrup
 - ¼ cup melted coconut oil or butter
 - 1 tsp vanilla extract
 - ¾ cup whole wheat flour
 - ½ tsp baking soda
 - ½ tsp cinnamon
 - Pinch of salt
 - ¼ cup mini chocolate chips optional
 
 
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a mini muffin tin.
In a bowl, whisk together mashed bananas, egg, honey, oil, and vanilla.
Add flour, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt; stir until just combined.
Fold in mini chocolate chips if using.
Spoon batter into mini muffin cups, filling each 3/4 full.
Bake for 12–15 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
Cool slightly before removing from the pan.
 
- Overripe bananas make the bites sweeter and softer.
 
- You can add chopped nuts for extra crunch.
 
- Store in an airtight container for up to 3 days or freeze for later.
