Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded iceberg lettuce
  • ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • ¼ cup diced onions
  • ¼ cup sliced pickles

Special Sauce Ingredients

  • cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp ketchup
  • 1 tbsp yellow mustard
  • 1 tbsp sweet pickle relish
  • ½ tsp white vinegar
  • ¼ tsp onion powder
  • ¼ tsp garlic powder
  • ¼ tsp paprika

Instructions
 

  • In a bowl, mix all sauce ingredients and chill until ready.
  • Cook ground beef in a skillet over medium heat; season with salt and pepper.
  • Drain excess grease and keep warm.
  • Warm tortillas in a dry skillet or microwave for easy rolling.
  • Spread special sauce on each tortilla.
  • Layer beef, lettuce, cheese, onions, and pickles.
  • Roll up tightly, slice in half, and serve warm.

Notes

  • Toast wraps in the skillet for extra crunch.
  • Use lean beef or turkey for a lighter version.
  • Add jalapeños for a spicy twist.
  • Leftover sauce can be used as a burger or fry dip.
