Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter melted
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • cup sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • ¼ cup sour cream
  • ½ cup blackberry jam or puree
  • Fresh blackberries for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C) and line a muffin tin with paper liners.
  • Mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter; press into liners.
  • Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth; add egg, vanilla, and sour cream, mixing well.
  • Spoon batter over crusts, filling about 3/4 full.
  • Bake for 16–18 mins until set; cool completely.
  • Top with blackberry jam or puree and fresh blackberries before serving.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, swirl some blackberry puree into the batter before baking.
  • Chill at least 1 hour before serving for best texture.
