Ingredients
  

  • 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
  • ¼ cup sugar
  • 6 tbsp unsalted butter melted
  • 3 8 oz packages cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • ¼ cup bourbon
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • 1 cup caramel sauce plus extra for drizzle
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C); grease a 9-inch springform pan.
  • Mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter; press into pan base.
  • Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth; add eggs one at a time.
  • Stir in vanilla, bourbon, and sour cream until blended.
  • Pour into crust; bake for 60–70 mins until center is almost set.
  • Cool to room temp; refrigerate at least 4 hrs or overnight.
  • Top with caramel sauce and sprinkle with salt before serving.

Notes

  • For stronger bourbon flavor, add an extra tablespoon to batter.
  • Use homemade caramel for best flavor.
  • Wrap the pan in foil and use a water bath for an extra creamy texture.
