- 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
- ¼ cup sugar
- 6 tbsp unsalted butter melted
- 3 8 oz packages cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sugar
- 3 large eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- ¼ cup bourbon
- ½ cup sour cream
- 1 cup caramel sauce plus extra for drizzle
- Pinch of salt
Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C); grease a 9-inch springform pan.
Mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter; press into pan base.
Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth; add eggs one at a time.
Stir in vanilla, bourbon, and sour cream until blended.
Pour into crust; bake for 60–70 mins until center is almost set.
Cool to room temp; refrigerate at least 4 hrs or overnight.
Top with caramel sauce and sprinkle with salt before serving.
- For stronger bourbon flavor, add an extra tablespoon to batter.
