Ingredients
  

  • ½ cup rolled oats
  • ½ cup milk any kind
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar
  • ¼ tsp cinnamon
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds optional
  • A pinch of salt
  • Fresh fruit or nuts for topping optional

Instructions
 

  • In a jar or container, combine oats, milk, brown sugar, cinnamon, vanilla, chia seeds, and salt.
  • Stir well to combine all ingredients.
  • Cover and refrigerate overnight or for at least 6 hours.
  • In the morning, stir and top with your favorite fruits or nuts.
  • Enjoy chilled or warm in the microwave for 30-60 seconds

Notes

  • Use maple syrup instead of brown sugar for a different sweetness.
  • Add Greek yogurt for extra creaminess and protein.
  • Make a few jars ahead to meal prep for the week.
