Ingredients
  

  • 1 stick ½ cup unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic finely minced or grated
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning homemade or store-bought
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley minced
  • Optional: pinch of salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Melt 1 tablespoon of butter in small pan over low heat; add garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
  • Add remaining butter, lemon juice, Cajun seasoning, and parsley; whisk to combine and cook on low for 5 minutes.
  • Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper as needed.
  • Remove from heat and serve warm as a sauce or dip.
