Ingredients
  

  • 1 box white cake mix any brand
  • 2 large egg whites
  • 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • ½ cup vegetable oil
  • ¼ cup white chocolate chips
  • ¼ cup chocolate chips
  • ¼ cup holiday-colored sprinkles optional

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large bowl, combine cake mix, egg whites, flour, and oil until smooth.
  • Fold in white chocolate chips, chocolate chips, and ¼ of the holiday sprinkles.
  • Scoop dough into balls and place on ungreased baking sheet.
  • Gently press down cookie dough balls and top with extra chocolate chips and sprinkles.
  • Bake for 8-10 minutes until edges are set but centers remain soft.
  • Let cool on baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.

Notes

  • For added flavor, try adding 1 teaspoon almond extract.
  • Chill dough if too sticky to handle easily.
  • Do not overbake to keep cookies soft and chewy.
  • Use parchment paper for easy cleanup and to prevent sticking.
