- 1 box white cake mix any brand
- 2 large egg whites
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- ½ cup vegetable oil
- ¼ cup white chocolate chips
- ¼ cup chocolate chips
- ¼ cup holiday-colored sprinkles optional
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large bowl, combine cake mix, egg whites, flour, and oil until smooth.
Fold in white chocolate chips, chocolate chips, and ¼ of the holiday sprinkles.
Scoop dough into balls and place on ungreased baking sheet.
Gently press down cookie dough balls and top with extra chocolate chips and sprinkles.
Bake for 8-10 minutes until edges are set but centers remain soft.
Let cool on baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
- For added flavor, try adding 1 teaspoon almond extract.
- Chill dough if too sticky to handle easily.
- Do not overbake to keep cookies soft and chewy.
- Use parchment paper for easy cleanup and to prevent sticking.
