Ingredients
  

  • 2 ripe avocados
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes halved
  • ½ cup fresh mozzarella balls halved
  • ¼ cup fresh basil leaves chopped
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic glaze
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Cut avocados in half and remove pits.
  • Scoop out a small portion of avocado flesh to create a bigger cavity.
  • In a bowl, mix cherry tomatoes, mozzarella, basil, salt, and pepper.
  • Fill avocado halves with the Caprese mixture.
  • Drizzle balsamic glaze over the stuffed avocados.
  • Serve immediately and enjoy!
