- 2 ripe avocados
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes halved
- ½ cup fresh mozzarella balls halved
- ¼ cup fresh basil leaves chopped
- 2 tablespoons balsamic glaze
- Salt and pepper to taste
Cut avocados in half and remove pits.
Scoop out a small portion of avocado flesh to create a bigger cavity.
In a bowl, mix cherry tomatoes, mozzarella, basil, salt, and pepper.
Fill avocado halves with the Caprese mixture.
Drizzle balsamic glaze over the stuffed avocados.
