- 3 tbsp melted butter
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 8 oz cream cheese softened
- ¼ cup sugar
- 1 large egg
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup diced apples
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- ½ tsp cinnamon
- Caramel sauce for drizzling
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line muffin tin with cupcake liners.
Mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar; press into liners.
Beat cream cheese, sugar, egg, and vanilla until smooth; spoon over crusts.
