Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 3 tbsp melted butter
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • ¼ cup sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup diced apples
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • Caramel sauce for drizzling

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line muffin tin with cupcake liners.
  • Mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar; press into liners.
  • Beat cream cheese, sugar, egg, and vanilla until smooth; spoon over crusts.
  • Toss diced apples with brown sugar and cinnamon; spoon over cheesecake batter.
  • Bake 20–25 mins until set; cool completely.
  • Drizzle with caramel before serving.

Notes

  • Use tart apples for best flavor balance.
  • Cheesecake cups store well in the fridge for up to 4 days.
  • For extra crunch, add chopped pecans on top.
