- Puff pastry sheets thawed – 1 package | Sliced cheddar cheese – 8 slices | Cooked ham or turkey slices – 8 | Egg, beaten – 1 | Butter, melted – 2 tbsp | Sesame seeds – 1 tbsp
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Cut puff pastry into 16 equal squares.
Place one slice of cheese and one slice of ham/turkey between two pastry squares, pressing edges lightly to seal.
Brush tops with beaten egg and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
Bake for 18–20 minutes until golden and puffed.
Brush with melted butter before serving warm.
Fillings can be customized—try pepperoni and mozzarella or bacon and Swiss for variety.
