Ingredients
  

  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 2 cups sour cream
  • 1½ –2 cups cheddar cheese shredded
  • ½ lb bacon cooked and crumbled (6–8 slices)
  • ⅓ –1 cup green onions chopped
  • ½ cup mayonnaise optional, for extra creaminess

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • In a large bowl, mix cream cheese, sour cream, cheddar, bacon, and green onions until combined.
  • Transfer to a baking dish and bake for 25–30min until bubbly and golden.
  • Sprinkle extra green onions on top and serve warm with crackers, chips, or bread.

Notes

  • For a lighter version, use low-fat cream cheese and sour cream.
  • Switch cheddar for a cheese blend, Swiss, or Monterey Jack for flavor twists.
  • Can be made ahead – prepare, refrigerate, and bake when ready to serve.
  • Store leftovers covered in the fridge up to 3 days; reheat before serving
