- 8 oz cream cheese softened
- 2 cups sour cream
- 1½ –2 cups cheddar cheese shredded
- ½ lb bacon cooked and crumbled (6–8 slices)
- ⅓ –1 cup green onions chopped
- ½ cup mayonnaise optional, for extra creaminess
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a large bowl, mix cream cheese, sour cream, cheddar, bacon, and green onions until combined.
Transfer to a baking dish and bake for 25–30min until bubbly and golden.
Sprinkle extra green onions on top and serve warm with crackers, chips, or bread.
- For a lighter version, use low-fat cream cheese and sour cream.
