- 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
- 2 cups cooked white rice
- 2 cups fresh broccoli florets lightly steamed
- 1 can 10.5 oz cream of chicken soup
- ½ cup sour cream
- ½ cup milk
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- ½ cup crushed Ritz crackers or breadcrumbs optional topping
- 2 tbsp melted butter optional topping
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
In a large bowl, combine soup, sour cream, milk, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
Stir in chicken, rice, broccoli, and 1 1/2 cups of cheese until well mixed.
Spread the mixture evenly in the prepared baking dish.
Top with remaining 1/2 cup cheese.
If using, mix crushed crackers with melted butter and sprinkle over the casserole.
Bake for 30–35 minutes until hot and bubbly.
Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
You can use rotisserie chicken for convenience.
Frozen broccoli can be substituted—just thaw and drain first.
Add a pinch of paprika or cayenne for extra flavor.
