- 2 cups cooked chicken breast shredded
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 tbsp garlic butter or minced garlic in melted butter
- 4 large flour tortillas
- ¼ cup chopped fresh parsley optional
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tbsp olive oil for grilling
In a bowl, mix shredded chicken with garlic butter, salt, and pepper.
Warm tortillas slightly to make them flexible.
Divide chicken mixture and cheeses evenly among tortillas.
Sprinkle chopped parsley if using.
Roll wraps tightly and secure with toothpicks if needed.
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
Grill wraps 2–3 mins per side until golden and cheese melts.
Slice in halves and serve hot with dip or salad.
