- 6 slices thick Texas toast bread
- 1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter softened
- 2 garlic cloves minced
- ½ tsp Italian seasoning
- 1 tbsp chopped parsley optional
- Pinch of salt
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) or use an air fryer at the same temp.
In a bowl, mix butter, garlic, salt, and Italian seasoning.
Spread the garlic butter over each bread slice evenly.
Top each with shredded mozzarella cheese.
Place on a baking sheet and bake for 8–10 minutes or until cheese is bubbly and edges are golden.
Garnish with chopped parsley and serve hot.
