Ingredients
  

  • 6 slices thick Texas toast bread
  • 1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter softened
  • 2 garlic cloves minced
  • ½ tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 tbsp chopped parsley optional
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) or use an air fryer at the same temp.
  • In a bowl, mix butter, garlic, salt, and Italian seasoning.
  • Spread the garlic butter over each bread slice evenly.
  • Top each with shredded mozzarella cheese.
  • Place on a baking sheet and bake for 8–10 minutes or until cheese is bubbly and edges are golden.
  • Garnish with chopped parsley and serve hot.

Notes

  • Add a sprinkle of chili flakes for heat.
  • Use fresh mozzarella slices for extra gooey texture.
  • Great with tomato soup or marinara for dipping.
