- 1 box brownie mix plus ingredients on package
- 16 oz cream cheese softened
- ½ cup sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 can 21 oz cherry pie filling
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x13-inch pan.
Prepare brownie batter according to package instructions and pour 2/3 into the pan.
In a bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, eggs, and vanilla until smooth.
Spread cheesecake mixture evenly over brownie layer.
Drop spoonfuls of cherry pie filling over cheesecake layer.
Drizzle remaining brownie batter on top and swirl gently with a knife.
Bake for 35–40 minutes or until center is set.
Cool completely before cutting into squares.
