Ingredients
  

  • 6 cups Rice Chex cereal
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • 4 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 3.4 oz box cheesecake pudding mix
  • 1 cup dried cherries or cherry candy pieces
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • ½ cup graham cracker crumbs

Instructions
 

  • Place Chex cereal in a large mixing bowl.
  • Melt white chocolate chips and cream cheese until smooth.
  • Pour mixture over cereal and gently toss to coat.
  • In a zip-top bag, combine powdered sugar and cheesecake pudding mix.
  • Add coated cereal to the bag and shake until fully coated.
  • Stir in dried cherries, marshmallows, and graham cracker crumbs.
  • Spread mix on a baking sheet to cool and set before serving.

Notes

  • Store in an airtight container for up to 5 days.
  • You can substitute freeze-dried cherries for extra crunch.
  • Add festive sprinkles for holidays or parties.
