- 1 ½ cups brown sugar packed
- 2 large eggs
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- ½ tsp salt
- 1 cup butterscotch chips
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x13-inch baking pan.
In a bowl, whisk together melted butter and brown sugar until smooth.
Beat in eggs and vanilla until well combined.
In another bowl, mix flour, baking powder, and salt.
Gradually fold dry ingredients into wet mixture.
Stir in butterscotch chips.
Spread batter evenly in prepared pan.
Bake 25 minutes or until golden and set in the center.
Cool completely before cutting into squares.
