Cool, creamy, and packed with chocolate chips—this easy-to-make ice cream pie features a cookie crust, rich vanilla ice cream, and a fudgy topping. A no-bake dessert dream come true!

- 1 9-inch chocolate cookie crust (store-bought or homemade)
- 1.5 quarts vanilla ice cream softened
- ½ cup mini chocolate chips
- ½ cup hot fudge sauce plus extra for serving
- Whipped cream for topping (optional)
- Extra chocolate chips or shavings for garnish (optional)
Spread half of the softened ice cream into the cookie crust.
Drizzle with hot fudge sauce and sprinkle with mini chocolate chips.
Add remaining ice cream and smooth the top.
Cover and freeze for 4–6 hours or until firm.
Before serving, top with whipped cream and extra fudge or chips.
Let sit at room temperature for 5–10 mins before slicing.
