Ingredients
  

  • 1 unbaked 9-inch pie crust
  • 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
  • ½ cup unsalted butter
  • ¾ cup granulated sugar
  • ¾ cup light corn syrup
  • 3 large eggs lightly beaten
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • 1 ½ cups pecan halves

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Melt chocolate chips and butter together until smooth.
  • Whisk in sugar, corn syrup, eggs, vanilla, and salt until well combined.
  • Stir in pecan halves.
  • Pour filling into unbaked pie crust.
  • Bake for 50–55 minutes until set and golden on top.
  • Cool before slicing and serving.

Notes

  • For a richer flavor, toast pecans lightly before adding.
  • Best served slightly warm with whipped cream or vanilla ice cream.
