- 1 pound lean ground beef
- ½ cup diced onion
- 3 cloves garlic minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- ½ cup water
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 beef bouillon cube
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 1½ tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1½ tablespoons soy sauce
- ½ cup chopped dill pickles
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large skillet over medium-high heat, brown ground beef with onions, garlic, salt, and pepper until beef is fully cooked. Drain excess fat.
In a bowl, whisk together water, brown sugar, bouillon cube, vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, and soy sauce. Add this to the skillet and cook until liquid evaporates. Remove from heat.
Slice slider buns in half; place bottoms on a baking sheet.
Spoon beef mixture evenly onto buns, sprinkle with chopped pickles, and top with slices of cheese.
Mix mayonnaise and sriracha in a small bowl; spread on the top halves of buns.
Place buns over cheese and beef mixture, brush tops with melted butter, and sprinkle with everything bagel seasoning if desired.
Bake for 18-20 minutes until heated through and cheese is melted. Serve warm.
