- 1 can refrigerated pizza dough
- 1 cup fresh spinach chopped
- ½ cup cream cheese softened
- ½ cup sour cream
- ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds or poppy seeds optional
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Mix spinach, cream cheese, sour cream, mozzarella, Parmesan, garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper until creamy.
Roll out pizza dough into a large triangle shape to resemble a Christmas tree.
Spread spinach dip mixture evenly over dough, leaving a small border.
Carefully cut dough into strips from sides towards center, twisting each strip.
Brush with olive oil and sprinkle seeds on top if using.
Bake 18-20 minutes until golden and cooked through.
Let cool slightly before serving.
