Ingredients
  

  • 1 can refrigerated cinnamon rolls 8-count
  • 2 large eggs
  • ¼ cup milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • ½ tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp butter for cooking
  • Maple syrup or icing for serving

Instructions
 

  • Open cinnamon roll can, cut each roll into quarters.
  • In a bowl, whisk eggs, milk, vanilla, and cinnamon.
  • Dip cinnamon roll pieces into egg mixture, coating well.
  • Heat butter in a skillet over medium heat.
  • Cook bites for 2–3 minutes per side until golden brown.
  • Drizzle with icing or serve with maple syrup

  • You can use homemade cinnamon rolls for a richer flavor.
