- 2 large eggs
- ¼ cup milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- ½ tsp ground cinnamon
- 1 tbsp butter for cooking
- Maple syrup or icing for serving
Open cinnamon roll can, cut each roll into quarters.
In a bowl, whisk eggs, milk, vanilla, and cinnamon.
Dip cinnamon roll pieces into egg mixture, coating well.
Heat butter in a skillet over medium heat.
Cook bites for 2–3 minutes per side until golden brown.
Drizzle with icing or serve with maple syrup
