Ingredients
  

  • 4 ripe peaches halved and pitted
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter softened
  • 4 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Place peach halves cut side up in a baking dish.
  • In a small bowl, mix butter, brown sugar, cinnamon, vanilla, and salt.
  • Spoon the mixture evenly over each peach half.
  • Bake for 20–25 minutes until tender and caramelized.
  • Serve warm with ice cream or whipped cream.

Notes

  • Use slightly firm peaches for best texture.
  • You can swap brown sugar with honey or maple syrup for a natural sweetness.
