These creamy, dreamy cheesecake bites are packed with crushed cookies and topped with even more cookies for a sweet, no-bake treat. Perfect for parties, snacking, or anytime you crave something quick and indulgent. No oven needed, just mix, chill, and enjoy.

- 1 ½ cups crushed chocolate sandwich cookies Oreo or similar
- 2 tbsp melted butter
- 8 oz cream cheese softened
- ¼ cup granulated sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream whipped
- ½ cup chopped chocolate sandwich cookies for folding in
- Extra crushed cookies for topping
Mix crushed cookies and melted butter; press a small amount into mini cupcake liners.
Beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
Fold in whipped cream and chopped cookies gently.
Spoon mixture over crusts in liners and smooth tops.
Sprinkle extra crushed cookies on top.
Chill in refrigerator for at least 2 hours or until firm.
Serve chilled and enjoy!
