Ingredients
  

  • ½ cup unsalted butter melted
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1 tbsp red food coloring
  • ¾ cup all-purpose flour
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • 12 Oreo cookies crushed
  • 4 oz cream cheese softened
  • ¼ cup powdered sugar

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking pan with parchment paper.
  • Whisk melted butter and sugar until smooth.
  • Add eggs, vanilla, cocoa powder, and red food coloring; mix well.
  • Stir in flour and salt until just combined.
  • Fold in half of the crushed Oreos.
  • Spread batter evenly into the prepared pan.
  • Beat cream cheese with powdered sugar and dollop over brownie batter.
  • Swirl gently with a knife and sprinkle remaining Oreos on top.
  • Bake for 28–32 minutes or until a toothpick comes out mostly clean.
  • Cool completely before cutting into squares.

Notes

  • Do not overbake—brownies should stay fudgy in the center.
  • Chill before slicing for cleaner cuts.
  • Store in an airtight container for up to 4 days.
