Ingredients
  

  • Chicken tenders – 1 lb | Cream cheese softened – 4 oz | Shredded cheddar cheese – 1 cup | Cooked bacon, crumbled – ½ cup | Ranch seasoning mix – 1 tbsp | Egg – 1, beaten | Panko breadcrumbs – 1 cup | All-purpose flour – ½ cup | Oil for frying or cooking spray – as needed

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) or heat oil to 350°F for frying.
  • In a bowl, mix cream cheese, cheddar cheese, bacon, and ranch seasoning until smooth.
  • Coat chicken tenders lightly with flour.
  • Dip each tender into beaten egg, then coat with panko breadcrumbs.
  • Bake for 15–18 minutes (or fry for 4–5 minutes) until golden and cooked through.
  • Serve hot with ranch dressing or your favorite dip.

Notes

For extra crunch, double-coat in breadcrumbs; adjust ranch seasoning to taste.
