- Chicken tenders – 1 lb | Cream cheese softened – 4 oz | Shredded cheddar cheese – 1 cup | Cooked bacon, crumbled – ½ cup | Ranch seasoning mix – 1 tbsp | Egg – 1, beaten | Panko breadcrumbs – 1 cup | All-purpose flour – ½ cup | Oil for frying or cooking spray – as needed
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) or heat oil to 350°F for frying.
In a bowl, mix cream cheese, cheddar cheese, bacon, and ranch seasoning until smooth.
Coat chicken tenders lightly with flour.
Dip each tender into beaten egg, then coat with panko breadcrumbs.
Bake for 15–18 minutes (or fry for 4–5 minutes) until golden and cooked through.
Serve hot with ranch dressing or your favorite dip.
For extra crunch, double-coat in breadcrumbs; adjust ranch seasoning to taste.
