Ingredients
  

  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup dried cranberries chopped
  • ½ cup pecans finely chopped
  • 2 green onions finely sliced
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • Pinch of salt
  • Extra cranberries and pecans for coating

Instructions
 

  • In a medium bowl, mix cream cheese, cheddar, garlic powder, pepper, and salt until smooth.
  • Stir in chopped cranberries, green onions, and half of the pecans.
  • Shape mixture into a ball using clean hands or plastic wrap.
  • Roll the ball in a mix of remaining cranberries and pecans to coat the outside.
  • Chill for at least 30 minutes for best texture.
  • Serve with crackers, pretzels, or sliced veggies.

Notes

  • For easier mixing, let the cream cheese sit at room temperature for 20–30 minutes.
  • You can swap pecans for walnuts or almonds.
  • Add a dash of hot sauce or smoked paprika for a flavor kick.
  • Make it up to 2 days ahead and keep refrigerated.
