Ingredients
  

  • 10 oz frozen spinach thawed and drained
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack or mozzarella cheese
  • 2 teaspoons minced garlic
  • 1 tablespoon dried minced onion or fresh, finely chopped
  • ¼ teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes optional
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • Salt to taste

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C); grease a small baking dish.
  • Mix spinach, cream cheese, sour cream, mayo, Parmesan, shredded cheese, garlic, onion, pepper flakes, black pepper, and salt in a bowl.
  • Transfer mixture to baking dish; top with extra cheese if desired.
  • Bake uncovered 20min until hot and bubbly.
  • Let cool for 5min, then serve warm with bread, chips, or veggies.

Notes

  • For a lighter version, use low-fat cheese and sour cream.
  • Can be made ahead: cover and refrigerate, then bake when ready.
  • Use fresh spinach for extra flavor—steam and drain well before adding.
  • Store leftovers, covered, in refrigerator up to 3 days
