- Salmon fillet skinless, boneless – 1 lb, cut into 1-inch cubes
 - Olive oil – 1 tbsp
 - Soy sauce – 1 tbsp
 - Garlic powder – 1 tsp
 - Paprika – 1 tsp
 - Lemon juice – 1 tbsp
 - Salt – ½ tsp
 - Black pepper – ½ tsp
 - Fresh parsley – chopped for garnish (optional)
 
 
Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
In a bowl, toss salmon cubes with olive oil, soy sauce, garlic powder, paprika, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
Let marinate for 5 minutes for extra flavor.
Place salmon bites in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
Air fry for 7–8 minutes, shaking halfway through for even crisping.
Remove and let rest for 2 minutes before serving.
Garnish with parsley and serve with dipping sauce or lemon wedges.
 
- For extra crispiness, lightly coat salmon cubes with cornstarch before air frying.
 
- Use skin-on salmon if preferred, but remove the skin after cooking for a cleaner bite.
 
- These bites pair well with sriracha mayo, tzatziki, or garlic aioli.
