- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- ¼ cup whole wheat flour optional
- 1 tbsp onion powder
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp dried thyme or oregano
- ½ tsp salt
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- ¼ cup finely chopped green onions optional
- ⅓ cup water add more as needed
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a bowl, mix flours, onion powder, garlic powder, herbs, and salt.
Add olive oil and mix until crumbly.
Stir in water gradually until a firm dough forms.
Roll dough thinly on a floured surface and cut into small squares or shapes.
Transfer to baking sheet and prick with a fork to prevent puffing.
Bake for 12–15 minutes or until golden and crisp.
Cool completely before storing or serving.
