This creamy, silky chocolate mousse is made entirely dairy-free with rich coconut milk and dark chocolate. It’s a simple yet indulgent dessert that feels luxurious but takes minimal effort. Perfect for anyone who loves chocolate without the dairy guilt!

- 1 can full-fat coconut milk chilled overnight
- 200 g dairy-free dark chocolate roughly chopped
- 2 tbsp maple syrup or agave nectar
- 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
- A pinch of sea salt
- Fresh berries or shaved chocolate for garnish
Melt dark chocolate in a heatproof bowl over simmering water until smooth.
Scoop out thick coconut cream from the chilled can (discard liquid).
Beat coconut cream until fluffy using a hand mixer.
Add melted chocolate, maple syrup, vanilla, and salt; fold gently until combined.
Spoon into serving cups and chill for at least 2 hours.
Garnish with fresh berries or chocolate shavings before serving.
