Ingredients
  

  • 1 box spice cake mix
  • 1 cup canned pumpkin puree
  • 2 large eggs
  • ¼ cup milk

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a donut pan.
  • In a bowl, whisk together cake mix, pumpkin puree, eggs, and milk until smooth.
  • Spoon or pipe the batter into prepared donut pan, filling 3/4 full.
  • Bake for 12–15 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
  • Let cool slightly, then enjoy plain or top with cinnamon sugar or glaze.

Notes

  • You can use yellow cake mix + 1 tbsp pumpkin pie spice if spice cake mix isn’t available.
  • Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
