- 1 box spice cake mix
- 1 cup canned pumpkin puree
- 2 large eggs
- ¼ cup milk
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a donut pan.
In a bowl, whisk together cake mix, pumpkin puree, eggs, and milk until smooth.
Spoon or pipe the batter into prepared donut pan, filling 3/4 full.
Bake for 12–15 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
Let cool slightly, then enjoy plain or top with cinnamon sugar or glaze.
- You can use yellow cake mix + 1 tbsp pumpkin pie spice if spice cake mix isn’t available.
