- 250 g mascarpone cheese
- 300 ml heavy cream
- 100 g powdered sugar
- 150 g Lotus Biscoff spread
- 200 g Lotus Biscoff biscuits
- 200 ml strong coffee cooled
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Cocoa powder or crushed biscuits for garnish
Brew coffee and let it cool.
Whip cream, sugar, and vanilla until soft peaks form.
Fold mascarpone into whipped cream until smooth.
Add half of the Biscoff spread (slightly melted) and mix.
Dip Biscoff biscuits briefly in coffee and layer them in a dish.
Spread mascarpone mixture on top.
Repeat layering until all ingredients are used.
Warm remaining Biscoff spread slightly and drizzle on top.
Garnish with crushed biscuits or cocoa powder.
Chill for at least 4 hours before serving.
- Do not soak biscuits too long, or they’ll get soggy.
- For extra flavor, add a splash of coffee liqueur.
- Best enjoyed within 2 days, kept chilled.
