Ingredients
  

  • 1 package refrigerated pizza dough
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup mini pepperoni slices
  • ½ cup pizza sauce
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 egg beaten (for egg wash)

Instructions
 

  • You need to Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Roll out pizza dough and cut into 6 equal rectangles.
  • Spread a tablespoon of pizza sauce on each rectangle.
  • Top with mozzarella, pepperoni, and a sprinkle of Parmesan and Italian seasoning.
  • Fold dough over to form pockets and seal edges by pressing with a fork.
  • Brush tops with beaten egg for a golden finish.
  • Bake for 18–20 minutes until golden brown and puffed.
  • Let cool slightly before serving.

Notes

  • Add sautéed veggies or cooked sausage for variety.
  • Use marinara sauce or pesto for different flavors.
  • Freeze unbaked pockets for easy meals later.
  • Serve with extra pizza sauce for dipping.
