A simple, buttery garlic bread spread packed with fresh garlic, parsley, and a touch of garlic salt. This rich, flavorful spread is perfect for making garlic bread that’s crispy on the edges and tender inside. Great for any dinner or snack, and easy to whip up with just a few ingredients.

- ¾ cup unsalted butter softened
- 4 cloves garlic peeled
- ½ teaspoon garlic salt
- ¼ cup fresh parsley chopped
Peel garlic and chop parsley. Make sure butter is softened.
In a food processor or blender, mince garlic. Add garlic salt and softened butter, blend until smooth.
Remove blade, stir in chopped parsley with a spoon or spatula.
Spread generously on sliced bread of your choice.
Bake in preheated oven at 350°F for 8–12 minutes until edges turn golden.
Slice and serve warm.
