Ingredients
  

  • Cheddar cheese cubed – 8 oz | Colby Jack cheese, cubed – 8 oz | Hard salami, cubed – 8 oz | Dill pickles, small, sliced – 1 cup | Olive oil – ½ cup | Red wine vinegar – 3 tbsp | Italian seasoning – 1 tbsp | Garlic powder – ½ tsp | Red pepper flakes – ¼ tsp | Fresh parsley, chopped – 2 tbsp

Instructions
 

  • Combine cheeses, salami, and pickles in a large bowl.
