These Easy Pecan Pie Bars bring all the rich, buttery flavors of a traditional pecan pie in a simple, handheld treat. Perfect for holidays, parties, or a sweet snack, these bars combine a buttery crust with a gooey, nutty filling. They’re easier to make than pie but just as delicious!

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • ½ cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup unsalted butter softened
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 cup light corn syrup
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter melted
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 cups chopped pecans

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Mix flour, powdered sugar, and softened butter to form crust.
  • Press crust mixture into a greased 9x13-inch pan. Bake 15 minutes.
  • In a bowl, whisk eggs, corn syrup, granulated sugar, melted butter, and vanilla.
  • Stir in pecans and pour mixture over baked crust.
  • Bake 25 minutes or until filling is set.
  • Cool completely before cutting into bars.

Notes

  • Use toasted pecans for extra flavor.
  • Store bars in an airtight container for up to 5 days.
  • Can be frozen for up to 2 months.
