- 2 cups crushed vanilla wafers or graham crackers
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
- ½ cup finely chopped pecans or walnuts
- ¼ cup honey or corn syrup
- ⅓ cup Fireball whiskey
- Extra powdered sugar or cocoa powder for rolling
Crush cookies into fine crumbs.
Mix cookie crumbs, powdered sugar, cocoa, and nuts in a large bowl.
Stir in honey and Fireball whiskey until fully combined.
Roll mixture into 1-inch balls.
Coat balls in powdered sugar or cocoa.
Chill in refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.
