Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups crushed vanilla wafers or graham crackers
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
  • ½ cup finely chopped pecans or walnuts
  • ¼ cup honey or corn syrup
  • cup Fireball whiskey
  • Extra powdered sugar or cocoa powder for rolling

Instructions
 

  • Crush cookies into fine crumbs.
  • Mix cookie crumbs, powdered sugar, cocoa, and nuts in a large bowl.
  • Stir in honey and Fireball whiskey until fully combined.
  • Roll mixture into 1-inch balls.
  • Coat balls in powdered sugar or cocoa.
  • Chill in refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.

Notes

  • Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.
  • For a spicier kick, add a pinch of cinnamon.
  • Great for holiday platters or edible gifts.
