Ingredients
  

  • 4 slices bread
  • 2 large eggs
  • ½ cup milk
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • ½ tsp ground cinnamon
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1 tbsp butter for frying

Instructions
 

  • Whisk eggs, milk, sugar, vanilla, cinnamon, and salt in a shallow bowl.
  • Dip bread slices into the mixture, coating both sides well.
