Ingredients
  

  • 6 slices thick bread cubed
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • ¼ cup grated parmesan
  • ½ cup cooked crumbled sausage or bacon
  • ¼ cup pizza sauce or marinara
  • ¼ tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp chopped bell peppers optional
  • 2 tbsp chopped onions optional

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  • Add cubed bread and toss to coat well.
  • Stir in sausage or bacon, mozzarella, and cheddar.
  • Pour mixture into a greased 9x9 or 9x13 baking dish.
  • Drizzle pizza sauce evenly over the top.
  • Sprinkle with parmesan, peppers, and onions if using.
  • Bake for 30–35 minutes or until golden and center is set.
  • Let cool for 5 minutes, slice, and serve warm.

Notes

  • You can use any leftover bread—brioche or sourdough works great.
  • Add pepperoni or mushrooms for a full “pizza” effect.
  • Make it ahead the night before and bake in the morning.
  • Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 3 days.
