Ingredients
  

  • 2 ripe bananas sliced into ½-inch rounds
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil or butter
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 tsp honey or maple syrup optional
  • Pinch of sea salt

Instructions
 

  • Heat coconut oil in a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
  • Add banana slices in a single layer and cook for 2-3 minutes.
  • Flip gently and cook another 2-3 minutes until golden and caramelized.
  • Sprinkle with cinnamon and a pinch of salt while cooking.
  • Drizzle honey or syrup before serving if desired.

Notes

  • Use slightly firm bananas for best texture.
  • Perfect served over oatmeal, pancakes, yogurt, or ice cream.
  • Try adding a dash of nutmeg or vanilla extract for extra flavor.
