- 2 ripe bananas sliced into ½-inch rounds
- 1 tbsp coconut oil or butter
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1 tsp honey or maple syrup optional
- Pinch of sea salt
Heat coconut oil in a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
Add banana slices in a single layer and cook for 2-3 minutes.
Flip gently and cook another 2-3 minutes until golden and caramelized.
Sprinkle with cinnamon and a pinch of salt while cooking.
Drizzle honey or syrup before serving if desired.
