- 2 cups Greek yogurt plain or flavored
- 2 –3 tbsp honey or maple syrup
- 1 cup fresh berries strawberries, blueberries, raspberries
- 2 tbsp granola or crushed nuts
- Optional: mini chocolate chips coconut flakes
Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
In a bowl, mix yogurt and honey until smooth.
Spread yogurt mixture evenly onto the tray (about ¼-inch thick).
Sprinkle berries, granola, and optional toppings evenly on top.
Freeze for at least 2 hours or until firm.
Break into pieces and enjoy immediately.
- Store in an airtight container in the freezer for up to 1 month; serve straight from the freezer to keep it firm.
