Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups Greek yogurt plain or flavored
  • 2 –3 tbsp honey or maple syrup
  • 1 cup fresh berries strawberries, blueberries, raspberries
  • 2 tbsp granola or crushed nuts
  • Optional: mini chocolate chips coconut flakes

Instructions
 

  • Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
  • In a bowl, mix yogurt and honey until smooth.
  • Spread yogurt mixture evenly onto the tray (about ¼-inch thick).
  • Sprinkle berries, granola, and optional toppings evenly on top.
  • Freeze for at least 2 hours or until firm.
  • Break into pieces and enjoy immediately.

Notes

  • Store in an airtight container in the freezer for up to 1 month; serve straight from the freezer to keep it firm.
